How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock sheds ship within 2–5 business days from our Portland warehouse. Grills typically ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Standard curbside delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Remote addresses may take a few days longer.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
For sheds and full-size grills, yes — an adult must be present to sign for the delivery. The driver will place the item at your curb or driveway; they will not carry it into your backyard or assemble it.
For smaller tabletop grills, standard parcel delivery applies and a signature may not be required.
Is assembly included?
Assembly is not included in the price. Most sheds are designed for two-person assembly over a weekend, and every order includes the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
If you’d prefer professional help, a local handyman can handle the job — the assembly process is straightforward for anyone with basic tools.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on all unused, unassembled products in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a return at no cost to you.

Are these products authentic?
Yes. Every shed and grill we sell is a genuine product from its manufacturer, sourced through wholesale channels and inspected before it leaves our warehouse.
GardenSheddy is an independent retailer — we are not an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, but every product is 100% authentic and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do grills come with a propane tank?
Propane grills do not include a propane tank. You’ll need to purchase a standard 20 lb propane tank separately, available at most hardware stores and gas stations.
Electric grills plug into a standard outlet and require no fuel.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible.
